The attorney represents investors and other institutional clients in sophisticated commercial real estate matters. Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, and advising clients help advance acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing transactions.

What you'll do

• Represent private equity funds, asset managers, real estate funds, investors, REITs, and investment banks
• draft, review, and negotiate joint venture, co-investment, purchase and sale, and ancillary agreements
• handle acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
• coordinate real estate due diligence
• work with partners and senior associates
• maintain client contact and provide practical legal advice
• stay current on industry developments
• use legal technology responsibly.
