What you'll do

• Develop financial goals, budgets, and plans with departments
• prepare financial reports and present them to stakeholders and management
• forecast sales and financial projections
• oversee company financial compliance and construction-project accounting
• manage reporting, budgeting, job costing, billing, accounts payable and receivable
• monitor project costs
• coordinate financial reviews with project managers
• maintain accounting and tax compliance
• support audits
• manage payroll
• develop accounting policies and procedures.
