What you'll do

• Analyze construction documents and drawings
• prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and services
• identify scope gaps and cost risks
• prepare bid packages
• coordinate detailers and design teams through IFA and IFC sets
• gather detailing quotes
• manage vendor and subcontractor bids
• support buyout decisions
• record quantities, budgets, and actual costs
• and maintain estimating and cost records.
