Securities Litigation Associate — Mid-to-Senior Level

What you'll do

• Handle securities litigation matters
• support cases through all litigation stages
• conduct legal research and analysis
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• assist with discovery, case strategy, and hearing and trial preparation
• work with partners and senior attorneys
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
• assume increasing responsibility for matters.
