What you'll do

• Build patient relationships and provide medical support
• determine patient needs and assist with frame selection using style, color, facial and eye measurements, and prescriptions
• operate auto and manual lensometers
• explain lens, coating, and frame options
• collect optical measurements
• dispense orders and repair or adjust frames
• enter glasses and contact lens orders in E360
• follow job aids and policies
• maintain frame presentation and inventory accuracy
• perform assigned office duties.
