Maintenance Technician — Property Maintenance

What you'll do

• Perform general property and apartment maintenance
• complete maintenance requests as quickly as possible and within 24 hours
• order parts and communicate delays to the Property Manager and residents
• follow preventive maintenance directives for lighting, fire safety, pools and spas, hazards, and signage
• assist with move-in and move-out inspections
• monitor vacant apartment conditions
• maintain hazardous-material records and safety data sheets
• perform on-call emergency service as required.
