The Mechanical Assembler role is onsite in Wilmington, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. iBoost Talent is recruiting for a manufacturing operation focused on assembling components and producing finished products. What you'll do

• Assemble hoses, fittings, and related components
• perform mechanical assembly across parts and configurations
• set up and operate assembly equipment
• use hand and power tools and measuring instruments
• measure and cut materials
• follow work instructions and procedures
• inspect assemblies for quality and fit
• follow safety requirements
• maintain workflow and collaborate with team members
• identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
