What you'll do

• Provide childbirth education and support in homes and the community
• conduct outreach and intake with eligible families
• complete written family assessments and administrative documentation
• coordinate formal and informal supports, community resources, and medical and hospital staff
• educate caregivers about child development and parenting practices
• maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
• perform on-call duties as assigned.
