The Warehouse Team Lead works onsite in Manassas, VA. The listed pay is $26 per hour. FIDELITONE’s warehouse team supports customer orders and shipment service requirements. The lead coordinates daily warehouse activities across receiving, replenishment, and outbound shipments to help ensure orders are shipped efficiently and meet contractual service requirements. The role works alongside warehouse employees, collaborates with supervisors, and supports safe operations, employee development, and accurate shipment processing.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily work in receiving, replenishment, and outbound shipments
• work in assigned departments as needed
• collaborate with supervisors on schedules, skill analysis, coaching, evaluations, and discipline
• issue instructions
• standardize procedures to improve efficiency
• coordinate with other leads and supervisors
• ensure correct shipment of orders, including hazardous materials
• support safe equipment operation, inventory, warehouse security, and timely timecard and payroll submissions.

Why this role
