What you'll do

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease
• conduct tours and demonstrate apartment and community value
• coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention
• maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records
• support marketing and outreach
• maintain model and tour readiness
• serve residents, prospects, and vendors
• follow up to support occupancy and revenue goals
• maintain closing-ratio standards.
