What you'll do

• Develop and execute operational strategy
• translate business strategy into manufacturing, planning, materials, warehousing, fulfillment, capacity, technology, organizational, and capital priorities
• lead the Senior Manufacturing Manager and Director of Logistics and Facilities
• establish accountability and operating reviews
• improve manufacturing-to-warehouse value streams
• oversee planning, purchasing direction, material availability, supplier performance, and inventory policies
• lead lean operating-system improvements
• manage budgets, cost plans, capacity, capital, and transformation projects
• develop leaders and partner with cross-functional teams.
