What you'll do

• Develop strategies to attract employer sponsors and participants
• recruit employers and youth
• coordinate with team members on placement needs and job matches
• maintain employer relationships and monthly communications
• build job-opportunity pipelines using workforce agencies, job fairs, and community meetings
• monitor placements and gather employer feedback
• produce monthly reports
• track grant outcomes
• monitor youth-employment law compliance
• transport youth and operate institute vehicles as required.
