Quality Manager — Induction Heat Treating

What you'll do

• Maintain and improve the facility’s Quality Management System and procedures
• oversee inspection and testing of heat-treated components, including hardness, case depth, and dimensional requirements
• monitor process quality and compliance with customer specifications and standards
• lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and nonconforming material disposition
• coordinate internal, customer, and third-party audits
• review drawings, specifications, inspection records, and customer requirements
• track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
• partner with production and engineering to troubleshoot issues and reduce defects
• maintain calibration and quality records
• train employees on quality standards and procedures.
