Training Instructor / Facilitator

Job overview

The Training Instructor / Facilitator role is onsite in Arlington, VA, with hybrid or telework arrangements potentially authorized subject to contract requirements and Government approval; occasional onsite attendance is required. Compensation is $70,000–$90,000 per year. The instructor supports the U.S. Marshals Service Asset Forfeiture Division’s training mission.

What you'll do

• Deliver classroom, virtual instructor-led, and blended training using approved curricula
• facilitate interactive learning activities
• adapt instruction to learner needs
• coordinate with Government stakeholders and subject matter experts
• review materials
• support assessments and course evaluations
• maintain instructional records
• and provide feedback for curriculum improvement. Travel to training locations when required.
