What you'll do

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs
• analyze contracts using established playbooks and company positions
• explain redlines and revisions
• apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology-transactions expertise
• collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards
• produce accurate legal writing.
