What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers
• support client-identified VIPs
• respond to change-management requests, including installing equipment and providing desk-side support
• perform install, move, add, or change activities
• communicate repair status and timing to users and service desk personnel
• follow documented service operations policies and procedures.
