Registered Nurse — Youth Residential

The Registered Nurse — Youth Residential role is onsite in Portland, OR, at a small residential program serving youth ages 10–17. The schedule is 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Saturday–Monday, and starting pay is $48–$50 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. What you'll do

• Provide client-centered nursing care
• collaborate on admissions and treatment plans
• monitor acute and chronic conditions
• assess medical information and coordinate follow-up or referrals
• respond to emergencies and arrange higher-level care when appropriate
• verify, count, and administer medications
• educate clients about medication effects
• maintain medication records and client confidentiality
• and complete required training and certifications.
