What you'll do

• Determine machine setup for the product
• ensure sufficient coolant and lubricant
• monitor tooling wear and identify replacement needs
• determine when machine adjustments or repairs are required
• and interact with other operators, department leads, inspection personnel, material handlers, and tool-and-die maintenance personnel. May participate in task teams, safety meetings, and other improvement efforts.
