What you'll do
- Prepare Corner Records, Records of Surveys, ALTA surveys, Easement Plats, and Subdivision Maps
- conduct title and mapping research
- coordinate construction staking with contractors
- prepare staking sheets and calculations for field crews
- oversee staking quality control and produce as-staked plots
- use Civil3D, Bluebeam, and Excel
- support field crews.
