Junior Business Immigration Associate

What you'll do

• Work on business immigration matters including O-1, L-1, H-1B, EB-1A, EB-1C, E-2, EB-5, and PERM
• research legal questions
• draft briefs, support letters, and RFE and NOID responses
• observe consultations, take notes, and assist with pre-screening
• work with clients throughout cases
• research and draft APA delay action filings in federal court
• collaborate with attorneys and legal staff.
