Evening Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN)

What you'll do

• Assess residents at admission and discharge
• develop and implement care plans
• supervise nursing personnel and assign duties
• conduct unit rounds
• document services and review charting
• coordinate with therapy and nursing departments
• support discharge planning
• arrange replacement staff when needed
• supervise or perform treatments and venipunctures as needed
• monitor infection control and resident care trends
• fill in as charge nurse when necessary.
