The PRN Registered Nurse (RN) — Home Healthcare, Pediatric Focus role is onsite in Savannah, GA, providing care in patients’ homes. Compensation is $45–$50 per hour. The role supports pediatric patients with medical complexities and their families and caregivers. The nurse provides one-on-one skilled nursing care, assesses and monitors patient health, and administers prescribed treatments. Coordination with families and interdisciplinary providers supports safe, individualized care in the home setting.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients
• administer prescribed medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments
• monitor vital signs, respiratory status, and overall health
• perform G-tube feedings, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support as needed
• educate families and caregivers
• document in electronic medical records
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, and case managers
• follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.

Why this role
