What you'll do

• Perform minor maintenance on Xerox printers and copiers, including clearing paper jams, replacing toner, and changing feed wheels
• troubleshoot basic issues and restore devices before escalating to a technician
• monitor approximately 1,000 devices nationwide through fleet management systems
• track and replenish supplies
• collect meter readings
• follow up on service requests
• maintain accurate device and service records
• provide onsite equipment support.
