What you'll do

• Monitor network, cloud, and NaaS environments
• track remote-site link health, power telemetry, and connectivity
• triage alerts and resolve or escalate issues
• coordinate firmware and configuration changes
• provide first-level technical escalation and network troubleshooting
• manage infrastructure-adjacent tickets
• assist with device enrollment, compliance policies, imaging, and OS patching
• maintain troubleshooting documentation.
