The Line Cook role is onsite at 500 Duval Street in Key West, FL. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The cook prepares food to company specifications, coordinates orders for timely service, and maintains safe, clean kitchen stations. The role also supports kitchen operations through restocking, cross-training, and assisting coworkers as needed.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes, plating guidelines, quality standards, and sales forecasts
• set up and maintain stations
• coordinate orders for timely delivery
• accommodate special guest requests while maintaining standards
• follow HACCP, safety, and sanitation procedures
• clean, restock, and close stations
• cross-train on line, prep, and dish stations.
