What you'll do

• Provide career transition and placement assistance to students and graduates
• develop partnerships with employers, educational institutions, workforce organizations, military recruiters, and community agencies
• provide resume, job-search, application, and interview support
• manage caseloads and follow up on placement and retention
• coordinate career events and employer outreach
• identify barriers and connect students with supportive services
• maintain case files and placement records
• collaborate with Center departments and follow Job Corps requirements.
