What you'll do

• Source prospects and build a pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, trade shows, and industry events
• develop new business across retail and related markets
• present to architects, designers, developers, contractors, brand managers, and executives
• interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• partner with internal teams on custom solutions
• prepare budgets, proposals, and quotes
• negotiate contracts
• maintain CRM forecasts
• represent the company at industry events
• hand awarded projects to operations.
