What you'll do

• Lead crews on residential and commercial restoration projects
• manage job sites and ensure safe, efficient work to company standards
• perform water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, demolition, and other restoration services
• maintain company vehicles, equipment, and materials
• prepare work areas and set up equipment
• communicate with project managers, supervisors, customers, and team members
• complete job documentation
• follow safety policies and industry practices
• work after-hours, weekends, and emergency on-call shifts when needed
• travel locally and occasionally out of state when business needs require.
