What you'll do

• Lead transmission line projects and complex engineering assignments
• apply codes, standards, and technical principles
• develop or improve techniques, procedures, and standards
• prepare or support technical documentation
• provide technical support and field oversight for testing, installation, inspection, and commissioning
• coordinate project phases and bid evaluations
• resolve technical and business issues
• guide and mentor less experienced engineers
• support budgeting, estimating, forecasting, accounting, and work order management. On-call rotation is required.

Why this role

Senior level requires an ABET-accredited engineering bachelor's degree and 5+ years with EIT/FE or 7+ years without. Principal level requires 9+ years with PE registration or 15+ years without. PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and transmission construction experience are preferred.
