Finance Business Process Manager

What you'll do

• Analyze and reconcile datasets from multiple systems
• quantify financial impacts and document current processes
• conduct root cause analysis
• analyze financial results and support pricing
• improve cost allocation and costing methods
• develop business cases and future-state processes
• run pilots, document procedures, train teams, and support adoption
• standardize improvements across locations
• partner with IT and operations on system workflows
• use AI tools for analysis and documentation and cross-train others
• build automated KPI reporting and dashboards
• support budgets, forecasts, and variance explanations
• verify realized savings and margin improvements.
