What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across assigned customer locations
• supervise and coach Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Technicians, and the Staffing Coordinator
• ensure scheduled cleaning services are delivered consistently
• monitor labor budgets, staffing, overtime, and expenses
• review timekeeping and labor reports
• conduct building inspections and customer visits
• address customer concerns
• coordinate staffing coverage
• lead daily 4 PM management meetings
• support recruiting, onboarding, and HR coordination
• coordinate supplies, equipment, and logistics
• submit daily updates to the General Manager.
