Multichannel Member Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls with members, physicians, and pharmacies
• follow up on, resolve, and document issues
• route inquiries requiring further investigation
• conduct routine research
• educate members about pharmacy benefits
• work toward one-call resolution
• protect personal and health information in accordance with PPI and HIPAA requirements.
