What you'll do

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• supervise nurses and certified nursing assistants
• manage staffing changes
• support family inquiries and screen visitors
• coordinate resident referrals with central admissions
• ensure high-quality resident care
• support ancillary staff as needed.
