What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and facility areas
• perform basic preventive maintenance on product-contact components
• record cleaning cycles, temperatures, chemical concentrations, flow, and pressure
• test and record cleaning processes and sanitizer concentrations
• analyze process and equipment data
• follow Good Manufacturing Practices, sanitation procedures, food-safety requirements, and PPE and chemical-handling practices.
