Maintenance Technician II

What you'll do

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, air-conditioning, and electrical duties
• assist the Service Manager with community tasks
• complete service requests correctly and promptly
• perform preventive maintenance repairs
• respond to automated emergency service calls per company policy
• assist with resident functions
• participate in the community preservation and preventive maintenance programs. At least one year of apartment maintenance experience, Type II or Universal A/C certification, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work a flexible schedule and on-call are required.
