What you'll do

• Manage mortgage loan files from application through underwriting
• collect, review, and verify borrower employment, income, asset, deposit, and reserve documentation
• prepare and deliver Loan Estimates, Closing Disclosures, and other required documents
• maintain loan origination system records
• order and track appraisals, flood certifications, credit reports, private mortgage insurance, and tax transcripts
• coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other stakeholders
• support document management, scanning, filing, and reporting.
