  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • reassess treatment effectiveness

  • conduct discharge evaluations and recommend home and community safety measures
  • provide referrals and education resources
  • communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families
  • coordinate care with other disciplines.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program, a valid license in the state(s) of practice, current CPR certification, and at least one year of SLP work experience. Experience with rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury is preferred.
