The Medical Assistant role is onsite at Tia’s clinic in Scottsdale, AZ, with compensation of $21–$24 per hour. Tia’s integrated care model brings together primary care, gynecology, mental health, dermatology, and wellness to improve women’s healthcare and patient experience. This role supports day-to-day clinical care and patient flow by rooming patients, collecting health information and vitals, assisting providers, and preparing exam rooms. It helps the clinic deliver coordinated, personalized care by supporting clinical workflows, lab and imaging follow-up, and attentive patient service.

What you'll do

• Room patients
• collect health information and vitals
• review health summaries and document in medical records
• prepare providers for visits and communicate updates
• coordinate patient flow
• support lab and imaging workflows, orders, diagnosis codes, pharmacy updates, and follow-up
• perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed
• clean, disinfect, restock, and prepare exam rooms
• manage supplies, expiration checks, autoclaving, and supply orders
• capture patient preferences and context.

Why this role

Onsite Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with rotating Saturdays as needed. Requires Medical Assistant certification or completion of a training program as applicable, 2–3 years of relevant experience, phlebotomy experience, and experience taking and documenting vitals.
