What you'll do

• Produce ice cream and sorbet to quality standards and meet volume demands and seasonal pars
• make retail products including sandwich cookies, ice cream cakes, and toppings
• maintain facility cleanliness and organization to meet food-safety requirements
• track product and ingredient waste
• follow recipe measurements
• participate in staff meetings.
