Front Desk Agent

What you'll do

• Welcome and respond to guests in a friendly manner
• process check-ins, check-outs, billing, reservations, and special requests
• provide information about the hotel and local attractions
• follow guest service recovery, booking, cash-handling, and emergency procedures
• monitor room availability and promote rooms and amenities
• maintain a safe, clean work area and collaborate with other departments.
