Business Development Representative, Customer Service

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and record details for residential and commercial HVAC jobs
• make outbound follow-up calls to missed calls and online leads
• explain service benefits and book appointments in ServiceTitan
• provide real-time support to dispatchers and HVAC technicians
• participate in an after-hours and weekend shift rotation
• take on additional responsibilities as the role and company grow.
