What you'll do

• Clean and restore recently vacated apartments
• maintain facility and grounds cleanliness
• change bulbs and locks
• install or assist with appliance installation
• perform painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• walk vacant units to forecast repairs and create quality-control punch lists
• assist with trash removal and unit preparation
• perform minor routine electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and appliance maintenance as directed
• deliver resident notices
• assist with occupancy checks and resident concerns
• track make-ready supplies and work status
• and help maintain an organized, safe maintenance shop.
