Account Specialist / Dispatcher

What you'll do

• Manage customer accounts and orders
• respond to inquiries and resolve order, delivery, billing, and service concerns
• plan and optimize delivery routes
• dispatch and communicate with drivers
• monitor routes using dispatch and GPS systems
• coordinate with warehouse and operations teams
• maintain dispatch records
• track operational performance indicators
• participate in rotating weekend work and after-hours on-call coverage.
