What you'll do
- Design, install, maintain, and test power plant equipment and control systems
- maintain communications, SCADA, protective relay, telecommunications, HVAC, and other electrical equipment
- perform daily plant operating and maintenance functions
- provide technical resource support to Generation Specialists
- lead electrical installation projects as assigned
- work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts seven days a week
- respond to emergencies within 60 minutes
- work scheduled overtime during major engine overhauls
- travel occasionally with overnight stays.
