Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper

The Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper role is onsite in Chula Vista, CA, working in the office 100% of the time. Compensation is $23 to $30 per hour. TDK-Lambda Americas makes power supplies for applications including medical, industrial, broadcast, defense, factory automation, and signage.

What you'll do

• Maintain accounts receivable email and files
• review sales orders, purchase orders, and shipping paperwork
• process and deliver invoices
• maintain banking reports
• record customer payments and resolve deductions or short payments
• review aging reports and conduct collection follow-up
• set up business partners and perform credit checks
• maintain tax-exempt certificates
• support month-end confirmations, account analysis, reports, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
