What you'll do

• Schedule and organize activities, events, meetings, and rentals
• assist with event planning and vendor arrangements
• oversee front desk, concierge, gate house, and other on-site staff
• develop community operating procedures
• assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff
• coordinate tours and room reservations
• maintain activity registrations and facility calendars
• administer renter and vendor documents
• coordinate communications, newsletters, budgets, and activity funds
• gather resident input and incorporate feasible requests
• supervise staff and coordinate with internal and external partners.
