What you'll do

• Schedule skilled nursing, therapy, and aide visits based on patient needs, physician orders, and insurance requirements
• assign clinicians based on skills, availability, and location
• adjust schedules for cancellations, urgent needs, and staff availability
• communicate with clinicians, patients, and families
• track productivity, visit completion, punctuality, and compliance
• maintain EHR and scheduling documentation
• coordinate new admissions and support clinical paperwork and billing authorizations.
