Endoscopy Support Technician (PRN)

What you'll do

• Set up, prepare, and turn over endoscopy procedure rooms
• provide in-room technical assistance under RN or provider direction and within demonstrated competency
• assist with equipment, supplies, and positioning
• pre-clean, transport, and reprocess endoscopes according to policies and manufacturer instructions
• complete reprocessing documentation and traceability records
• clean and prepare equipment and procedure areas
• report equipment or supply concerns
• support other department areas and patient transport as assigned
• follow infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
