What you'll do

• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, job aids, and visual guides
• observe production processes
• collaborate with HR and Operations to identify training needs
• incorporate EHS and FSQA requirements into materials
• assist with training projects, competency checks, and assessments
• organize feedback
• track and document training completion and employee development.
