What you'll do

• Lead recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
• develop hiring strategies with managers
• recruit across executive, corporate, operations, finance, technology, retail, and customer-facing roles
• build talent pipelines
• advise on workforce planning and compensation insights
• maintain ATS data and recruiting metrics
• improve hiring practices and candidate experience.
